Delete your data

PDF Docket keeps your files only inside the app on your phone, so deleting them there removes them for good.

• To remove one file, open Files and delete it.
• To remove everything, go to Settings > Delete all documents.
• Uninstalling the app also deletes everything it stored.

Copies you saved to your phone or shared with another app stay where you put them. We have no server, so there is nothing to delete on our side.

Common questions

Why can't my file get down to a very small size?

PDF Docket stops before the text becomes hard to read, and tells you when it can't reach the target. Files with many pages or full-page photos need more room. Try a bigger target, or split the PDF and upload the pages you need.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Every tool runs on your phone and the app has no server. The app goes online only to load ads, and Google's libraries send some device and usage data to Google. The privacy policy has the details.

Can I use the app in Hindi?

Yes. Go to Settings > Language and choose Hindi. Your documents stay the same when you switch. The Extract text tool also reads Hindi and English text, including pages that mix both.

Which files can I open?

You can import PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files, or share them into PDF Docket from another app. Results are saved as PDF or JPG.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. All the tools work offline. No ads load while you're offline.
